We stand behind the quality of our pieces and offer a 60-day warranty. This warranty covers any issues arising from manufacturing defects, such as loose diamonds or prongs, missing pavé stones, broken clasps, and broken chains.
However, this warranty does not cover normal
wear and tear, including scratches, dents, stretched or twisted chains, or
cracked stones.
Additionally, resizing issues and lost or stolen pieces are not covered by this warranty.
Keep your jewels clean
Use a small
amount of mild soap and warm water to clean your piece. Soak the piece for a few minutes, gently scrub with a soft brush, rinse, and dry with a cloth.
To keep your jewelry in good condition, avoid wearing it while engaging in activities such as bathing, exercising, using a sauna or steam room, swimming in salt

These activities can damage the
piece and affect its appearance over time.
