Shipping & Delivery

When you purchase your product, you can see if it's available or under production and the duration of this process. If your item is available, we will take 1-3 days to ship it.

We use express shipping for all our orders, so you can expect delivery within 1-2 days post shipment.

Absolutely. We ensure every shipment is covered for the full value of your purchase. Therefore, upon receiving, you will need to sign for it and be present during the delivery.

Every order includes free shipping, regardless of the jewelry piece you purchase.

Exchanges & Returns

While we don't offer refunds at Elisa Fine Jewelry, we understand the importance of your satisfaction. This is why we provide an exchange option.

You have 7 days from the date of purchase to make an exchange, as long as the piece is in its original state. Our custom and specially ordered pieces are unique, so they aren't eligible for exchanges or returns.

Warranty & Repair

We stand behind the quality of our pieces and offer a 60-day warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, such as loose diamonds or prongs, missing pavé stones, broken clasps, and broken chains. However, it does not cover normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, stretched or twisted chains, or cracked stones. Furthermore, resizing issues and lost or stolen pieces are not covered.

Should you wish to send an item back for repair or resizing, kindly reach out to us via the provided email or contact number. We're here to assist with any repair, maintenance, or modification requirements.

Entrusting our pieces to third-party jewelers for any form of alteration or repair will unfortunately nullify the provided warranty.

CARE

For a fresh and bright look, simply use mild soap with warm water. After a quick soak, use a soft brush for a gentle clean, rinse, and pat dry with a cloth.

AVOID WEARING YOUR JEWELRY WHILE:

To ensure your jewelry stays in top condition, it's best to remove it during activities like bathing, exercising, swimming, or any high-impact tasks. This little precaution will help your piece shine and last longer.
