You have 7 days from the date of purchase to make anexchange, provided that the piece is unused.
Please note that custom and
client-authorized pieces cannot be exchanged or returned.
We stand behind the quality of our pieces and offer a 60-day warranty.
This warranty covers any issues arising from manufacturing defects, such as loose diamonds or prongs, missing pavé stones, broken clasps, and broken chains.
However, this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, stretched or twisted chains, or cracked stones. Additionally, resizing issues and lost or stolen pieces are not
covered by this warranty.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
All packages are express shipped and should arrive within 1-2 days of shipment.
